Terms & Conditions

Terms governing use of the Monamaa Ventures corporate website, content, enquiries, intellectual property, external links and legal responsibilities.

Effective date: 18 September 2026   |   Last updated: 18 September 2026

1. About these Terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Monamaa Ventures corporate website, including its pages, content, forms, downloads, links and other website features (collectively, the “Website”). By accessing or using the Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Website.

“Monamaa Ventures”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the entity operating this Website. The final legal entity name and registered-office particulars should be inserted here before publication if different from the trading/brand name.

2. Purpose of the Website

The Website is primarily a corporate and informational platform. It provides information about Monamaa Ventures, its approach to venture building, selected portfolio ventures, partnership opportunities, investor enquiries, company information and ways to contact us.

Nothing on the Website automatically creates an agency, partnership, employment, joint venture, fiduciary, franchise, investment-advisory or other contractual relationship between you and Monamaa Ventures merely because you browse the Website or submit an enquiry.

3. Eligibility and lawful use

You must use the Website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of Monamaa Ventures or any third party. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Website complies with laws applicable to you.

4. Prohibited conduct

You must not, directly or indirectly:

  • attempt unauthorised access to the Website, its hosting environment, databases or administrative systems;
  • probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Website or bypass security controls without written permission;
  • introduce malware, malicious scripts, ransomware, harmful code or any material intended to disrupt the Website;
  • scrape, harvest or systematically extract information in a manner that places an unreasonable burden on the Website;
  • impersonate Monamaa Ventures, a portfolio venture, employee, representative or another person;
  • use the Website for fraud, unlawful solicitation, infringement, harassment or other unlawful activity;
  • copy or commercially exploit protected content except as expressly permitted by law or by us in writing; or
  • interfere with another visitor’s use of the Website.

5. Intellectual property

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the Website and its original content, layout, visual design, text, graphics, logos, marks, illustrations, photographs, code and other materials are owned by, licensed to, or used with permission by Monamaa Ventures or the relevant rights holder.

“Monamaa Ventures”, the Monamaa logo and associated brand elements may be protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. TrustRoute and Sonar Bangla Haat are separate venture brands and remain subject to their respective ownership and usage rights.

You may view, download or print reasonable portions of publicly available Website content for personal or internal business reference, provided that you do not remove proprietary notices or present the material as your own. Any broader reproduction, republication, commercial use or adaptation requires prior written permission unless an applicable law expressly permits it.

6. Venture websites and third-party links

The Website links to external websites, including TrustRoute and Sonar Bangla Haat. Those websites may have separate terms, privacy policies, payment arrangements, product conditions and customer-support processes. When you leave the Monamaa Ventures Website, the third party’s terms and policies may apply.

We do not control third-party websites and, unless expressly stated, do not guarantee their availability, accuracy, security, content or practices. A link is provided for convenience and does not by itself constitute endorsement, recommendation or a guarantee of any third-party product or service.

7. Portfolio and venture information

Descriptions of portfolio ventures are provided for general information. Features, pricing, availability, geographic coverage, business models, launch plans and product functionality may change. For current product terms, please use the relevant venture’s official website or service.

8. Investor and business information

Any information presented to prospective investors, partners or other stakeholders through the Website is for preliminary discussion unless expressly incorporated into a separately executed agreement or offering document.

Nothing on the Website constitutes an offer, invitation, solicitation or recommendation to buy securities or make an investment. Investment decisions should be based on formal documents, appropriate due diligence and independent professional advice.

9. User submissions and enquiries

If you submit information through a contact, investor, partnership, career or other enquiry form, you confirm that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to provide it.

You grant us permission to use the information you submit for the purpose for which it was provided, including responding to you, evaluating a business enquiry and maintaining appropriate records. Personal-data handling is governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. Availability and changes

We may update, suspend, withdraw, redesign or discontinue any part of the Website without prior notice. We do not guarantee that the Website will be continuously available, uninterrupted, error-free or compatible with every device, browser or network.

11. Accuracy and completeness

We seek to present useful and reasonably current information, but Website content may contain typographical errors, omissions, outdated information or information supplied by third parties. We may correct or update content at any time.

12. No professional advice

Website content is not legal, tax, accounting, financial, investment, insurance, medical, technical or other professional advice. You should obtain advice from a qualified professional before relying on information where professional advice is appropriate.

13. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Website and its content are provided on an “as available” basis. We disclaim warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement and uninterrupted availability, to the extent such exclusions are permitted.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Monamaa Ventures and its directors, officers, employees, contractors and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary or consequential loss, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business opportunity or reputational loss arising from or connected with use of, or inability to use, the Website.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful or would defeat a mandatory right available to a consumer or other protected person under applicable law.

15. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Monamaa Ventures from claims, losses, liabilities, costs and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of the Website, violation of these Terms, infringement of another party’s rights, or information you knowingly submit that is unlawful or misleading.

16. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information are described in the Privacy Policy. Our use of cookies and similar technologies is described in the Cookie Policy.

17. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance, misuse prevention or protection of the Website and its users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability and dispute-related provisions, will continue to apply.

18. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, subject to any mandatory rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded. The final published version should identify the appropriate courts and jurisdiction after confirmation of the operating entity’s registered office and legal advice.

19. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.

20. Severability and waiver

If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to the extent permitted by law. Failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not constitute a permanent waiver of that provision.

21. Contact

For questions about these Terms, please contact hello@monamaa.com.
